Fabulous customer service. Headed for Luling, Tex, when the tire issue came up. Made it to DT in Temple. Pulled in at 5:57 on a Friday evening with a hole in my tire. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Changed the tire out for a new one and we were back on the road at 6:25! Love DT and have been doing business with them for 25 years.

I got a flat and went in to get it repaired. I did not have an appointment. They still were able to get me out in about an hour. The employees were helpful and professional.

I have purchased many sets of tires over the years from many sources, and recommend Discout Tire because they have stores in most parts of the country, and as such, can do tire rotation to tire replacement as necessary with same or equivalent tires. The quality of tires is important to me because of relatively high driving mileage our family puts on cars every year. I look for tires that will make it at least 4 years of normal use. Lower quality tires are a waste of money for me, and I want the safety provided by better quality of tire under every possible driving condition. Wish everyone did, it might make a difference under emergency conditions. Don't forget to check your brakes and brake pads, wheel balance and alignment for the best driving experience.

DG was prepared to work on our Tesla Y. They have frame protecting pucks and can retrieve lug nut covers easily without damage. He also was able to reset the wheel présure sensors without a return visit. Thank you
