Ranse was so helpful and kind. He talked me through the process of checking my tires and reminded me to replace my windshield wipers, front and back, which helped with my overall vehicle maintenance. I will absolutely return to this store for service.

My son was visiting from Minnesota and got a nail puncture in his rental car tire, plus that same morning my car alerted me one of my tires was low. Made an online appt and I did have to wait about 10 minutes in line upon arrival as the store was super busy on a Saturday. But the desk tech was super friendly and even said it was ok to walk to the building supply store next door while waiting to be serviced. I was gone about 20 minutes and shortly after I returned they called my name and said my car was ready … fifteen minutes early! Plus, there was no charge for either tire repair! I was overjoyed…this was very unexpected and changed my attitude of having to deal with tire issues during my son’s visit with family. The bay clerk was also super nice and both seemed as happy to get me back on the road as I was. Impressed!

The employees at this location are kind, professional, honest, and overall absolutely amazing. Brian helped my family out the first time in and blessed us so much. I also just want to say every employee that helped me was just as helpful and kind as Brian the second time I came in. I cant thank them enough for everything they did and how amazing they treated my family and how professional they were with my car and time.
