Purchased my tires online as suggested by a former employee of this location and will always do so going forward. I got a great deal and was able to schedule an appointment (by calling - website said they were fully booked) and get in on the day/time of my choice. I had four new tires and a new set of windshields replaced. I was in and out in around 35 minutes. The tires look great and I feel safer on the road knowing they're brand new. I will come back here and I'll recommend them too. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable.

Great staff, fast service and better prices.

This store is a little further than the next nearest for me, but I think it is worth the extra drive. I've been here a couple of times in the past few months and each time it was quick and the staff there have been great.

I wish I could remember the employee who initiated contact with me, but I believe he was the manager on duty that evening. I do remember he said he had been doing this for 18 years! It was a Saturday afternoon/evening and I had just flown in. I still had a 2 hour drive home and didn't feel comfortable waiting until the next week to get the tire light checked out. I stopped by the Terrell location on my way home from the airport making it to the store 15 minutes before closing. They were very busy but never made me feel they were too busy for handling my tire issue. He showed me with kindness and professionalism.. Each employee who spoke with me did. Excellent job and kudos to your employees in the Terrell, Texas location. They are as great as "my" store in Tyler, Texas. Keep up the great work Discount Tire. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The men in this store were very kind and helpful. Make sure to schedule an appointment if you’re going on the weekends. They’re very busy but will get you in and out quickly. Everyone was very nice and welcoming so thank you again.

I purchased a set of tires on Saturday and got home and realized the tires were significantly smaller than the tires that were on vehicle. I called the store and talked to Oliver on Monday and explained the issue. Even though I had ordered the wrong size on the website, Oliver said to come back to store and he would correct the problem. I was in and out within 45 mins both times and no questions asked. This is one of the many reasons I have been a customer for over 25 years. Another excellent experience.
