Bought a set of mitchelens about a month ago, had a non repairable flat on one, they prorated it, got a new one for 60 bucks, that’s great, just took to long to have this done, over two hours.

Justin Lemons runs a really tight store, great employees and strong work ethic. I have done business with Justin for years and drove to Victoria when I could have gone to any other Discount Tire store because of him. Great store manager.

Prices quoted were very reasonable. Appointment time was as scheduled, no waiting time. Staff made us aware of progress on vehicle, and was finished in a very timely manner. Store had a line of customers who were being attended to pretty quick, we thought it was going to be a long wait for our tires (4) to get mounted and balanced, but service was promt, courteous, professional. Hat's off to this Discount Tire Store, TY, God bless

Took my car to put new tires on that we purchased outside of the store, appt was at 11:15 and we were out of there before 12, associate who took care of us was awesome, explained it all so thoroughly, gave us some discounts and made our visit that much better. Mounted a tire for me. Supposed to take 1.5 hrs. Received notice it was ready before I got back to the shop. These guys are the Chic-Fil-a of the tire industry..

As always any discount store I have gone to have been very helpful ,fast and professional. The one I just visited in Victoria Tx. Was just as good as the one I use to use in Corpus Christi. I have been a regular customer for years.

Ordered tires and wheels for the car on Discounts web site. I love the feature that lets you see what the wheel looks like on your vehicle. Everything arrived on time and was installed quickly.

Tim did a great job from beginning to end. I had to replace one tire, and I had a possible replacement on another tire from road hazard (cert) replacement. He handled the situation great. There was one hiccup in not having my vehicle ready when I was supposed to p/u after having dropped it off ahead of my appt, but he got right on it, and they made it right in the end. Very happy customer and will continue to let Discount Tire be my company for anything my vehicles roll on...

Got to the location right as it was opening at 8:00AM. Got in, got four new tires put on my wife’s SUV and was on my way home at 8:30AM. Great experience.
