I have always had a great experience at DT! I had the tires I purchased at DT rotated for free. Employees are friendly and courteous and you can schedule an appointment online. The only place I go for tire services!

The team at this store is amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are taken care of. They don't just want to sell tires. They want to make sure that what you get fits your needs. They also take great care with your vehicle and wheels. I have watched them many times while they change my tires on my expensive aftermarket wheels. They take their time to do the job right, and are still able to provide fast service.

I had a great experience. I showed up about 10 min prior to closing with a flat tire. They took the time to check my old tire, which could not be patched. They then worked with me and helped me pick out a new set of tires (all 4 were nearly bald). Was there less than 50 min total. Very happy with Discount Tire.

I needed to replace the original tires on my travel trailer after the front right side tire went flat 350 miles from home. The Discount Tire recommendation was a Goodyear Endurance, which was backed up by my independent research. As I pulled into the parking lot to get the new tires the right rear tire blew out very loudly. I had made an appointment to get the tires. They were changed out very quickly once they could get another trailer finished and room for my trailer. I’ve dealt with this Discount Tire on I-20 in Weatherford several times over the years and have only had positive experiences with the personnel and the products they recommend.

I got four Michelin tires ltx ms installed on a 3/4 ton diesel told them how I wanted The tire weights installed. And told them why I wanted it that way. They listen to everything I said they didn’t cut corners. Put exactly what air pressure I wanted in them. Didn’t forget Val steam caps hubcaps they did it all correct. I had to give him a shout for doing good work and I wait time was only around 35 minutes. These tires cost a little more, but the drivability is pretty great! I will keep going back there for tires.

Met all my needs

The time to fix my flat was extremely long, due to it being a holiday weekend. Once in, it was repaired very quickly and efficient. My only complaint was that the tire pressure was not checked in my other 3 tires, which they need to be aired up.
