This is the closest location to my home and I have always had a great experience. This is a high volume location that DELIVERS! The team at this store follows protocol starting with a friendly greeting, concerned for your needs, offers options of in stock product as well as products that can be ordered. I'm impressed with being able to view the products on a stationary monitor just for the customer, as the store representative describes the most important levels of quality tires, their warranties and availability. I'm always impressed with their great service and have used Discount tires 42 years and my neighborhood location on Bay Area Blvd Houston TX for 28 years. In my opinion Discount Tires is the only Tire store in an outstanding value to all customers.

It may sound funny, but finding a nail in my tire ended up being a pleasant experience because of the team at Discount Tire on Bay Area Blvd. There was a full house at the store and the team greeted each customer as they entered and informed them of the wait time to expect. Each person was treated like family and the employees took the time to explain the situation and options for each customer. I could tell that these employees understood what it means to provide great service, which is hard to find these days. I also want to recognize the store manager, as he was on top of everything. He spoke to all the customers, looked over the activity in the shop, and personally handled my vehicle. When you need tire service, there is only 1 option; Discount Tire. Make sure that you take advantage of the insurance policy on your new tires, it paid off for me immediately, thanks to the honesty of the store manager. You will be taken care of by professionals that value service!

Austin checked my tire tread depth and recommended two new tires that were best suited for my needs. The work was completed faster than the time quote.
