My only complaint is that it appears little priority is given to ensuring that customers with appointments are served in a timely manner. My understanding is that the appointment plays a part in prioritizing vehicle intake once checked in. However, there is no way to get checked in other than waiting in line with all the walk-in customers. I also understand that the staff is alerted when someone with an appointment arrives. It seems like a simple thing for staff to page the customer who has the appointment, then check them in. On my recent visit, I waited in line over 15 minutes from my appointment time, even though I was in line before that time. It makes it seem pointless to make an appointment, especially if you're not going to wait in the store for the work to get done. I suggest, doing away with the online appointments, or paging and prioritizing customers with appointments.

Patrick the store manager was incredible is working out a major tire credit from Goodyear Wrangler All Terrain Tires as they were faulty from the beginning. I had to buy tires while traveling and there was no Discount tire within 300 miles so I was forced to use another National Chain tire company. When I called them regarding the Faulty tires they were not even willing to assist me with replacement or providing even any kind of exchange. I contact Discount tire in Crossroads, TX near my ranch and Patrick took control of this issue and contacted Goodyear directly on my behalf and after he was on the phone for over an hour he was able to secure just over $675 credit for the 4 tires towards a complete new set. This is why we have used Discount Tire for over 35 years for all vehicles. I have always purchased the Road Hazard tire protection when buying tires unfortunately the other tire company never offered this feature when I purchased their tires. At least Goodyear stood behind their product and worked with Patrick in order to take care of a long time customer. Thanks Patrick and Discount Tire. We will remain a life long customer.
