The store is always busy, but that’s not a bad thing. Their efficiency is on spot. There was a short line when I entered, but it went quickly as they have lots of staff working the counters. I had the pleasure of working with Mike who I believe is the store manager and he explained lots of different options for tire replacement as I had a very unfortunate circumstance of blowing out two tires at once from an extremely large pothole. I was given several options from replacing the original tires to a set of four and even options of replacing all four wheels and tires. It ended up being more economical in the long run to purchase the entire set of wheels and tires versus replacing the OEM tires on the factory rims. Thank you so much Mike for all of your help!

I came in because my car tire had a nail in it. Upon entering the store I received great service and was clearly communicated with. Stephen did a great job walking me through the whole process and telling me about me tire's health.

The Wylie location has something other stores don’t have with discount tire. They are helpful with getting you taken care of without breaking your account. They are personable, honest, and work hard. I have never seen anyone at the location just leaning and doing nothing. I see everyone working to make the customers happy and get the vehicle fix as quick and safely as possible. I drive past other Discount Tire locations just to use the Wylie Texas location. Keep up the hard work!
