New Tires and Wheel Store in Riverdale, UT 84405

I came in as a walk in. I discovered a nail in my tire a few weeks ago. I had it repaired by using a kit we purchased at another shop. The tire developed a small leak, it would hold air for about one week before needing to be filled with air. I came to this Discount Tire location because it was closer to home, but I am a previous customer at another location years ago. I was told my car would be done in about one hour. One hour later the status of my car hadn’t changed via the link I was texted. I called to check on the status and was told it would be an additional 30 minutes until it was in the bay. About 30 minutes later, I got a call and was informed that they were not able to repair the tire because of the patch that was in place (I have never had this issue before) and that it was recommended to replace all 4 tires. While I was waiting for my car, I had walked to a store with my two kids to buy some groceries. I asked Kade to put a quote together with options that I could go over when I got back to the shop. 30 minutes later, we returned. He told me that he didn’t have time to put a quote together just yet. I told him I needed to get home to get my groceries put away and I didn’t want to sit at the shop with my kids all afternoon, so I asked if he would please have the techs make sure there was air in my tires and if he could email me a quote, I would check them out at home and book an appointment for another day when I didn’t have my kids with me. He very obviously rolled his eyes and said “I guess we can go that route.” His demeanor was obvious enough that my 11 and 9 year old children asked why he gave me so much attitude. Kade then helped 4 other customers with their purchases before we got our keys. The cherry on top? When I got my quote emailed to me later that evening, it only had ONE option to choose from. He acted like I was such an inconvenience to him, and then he couldn’t even bother to give me options to consider purchasing. I was already considering not returning because of the way I was treated in person, but when I saw that I wasn’t even worth his time to put together options to browse (mind you I told him I was already PLANNING on purchasing 4 new tires before he even got us checked in initially) it sealed the deal. I will not be coming back.

I was able to park my 5th wheel in the parking lot and they put 4 new tires and a spare on in less than 30 minutes. Will never go anywhere but Discount for tires.
