In town visiting family for the holidays when I picked up a nail and a slow leak. Tire was repaired and t was back on the road in no time.

The service by the two employees I interacted with were both exceptional. I’ve been using Discount tire for years and my experience has always been positive. The two employees I had contact with stepped it up notch. The only thing that was odd (it’s Utah) was the Keruig machine only had 3 coffee pods and the rest were hot chocolate pods.

Hailey was a great sales assistant. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Will definitely have her help me in the future.

I went in and said I wanted new tires. They asked me about my driving habits and recommended tires for my vehicle. There are much more expensive tires they could have recommended, but they went with what I needed, not what they wanted. They quoted me an accurate wait time and I was on my way. Love the service.

Every employee I interacted with was extremely polite, helpful, and friendly. I got clear, thorough answers to any questions, was provided with all options as soon as they were known, and I could not have had a more pleasant experience for something that is usually a pain (flat tire). I also overheard others' conversations with the employees, and continued to hear advice I knew was sound delivered in the same manner it was to me. Excellent service!

The personnel were knowledgeable and friendly, and gave regular updates on the status of my vehicle.

Recently we viewed several tire choices on the Discount Tire website. I called the West Jordan (1662 W. 7000 S) store to schedule installation and was told they could have the tires that day. We made an appointment to leave the vehicle and before we made it home, we received a phone call saying they were almost done. Every employee was so polite, professional and shared why they thought our tire selection was a good choice. Soft sidewalls, smooth ride, good in snow, etc. We are so pleased with the customer service from our sales person, installer and other employees who helped with our vehicle. Thank you Discount Tire

This location did an amazing job addressing my concerns and performing an alignment on my truck. I would definitely recommend this store for tires, wheels and alignments.

I booked my appointment online. But I still waited to be checked in. I think you need to have an online area for people who book online to be checked in faster. I always book online for appointment outside of that service is great and they got me taken care of.
