Everything started out on a positive note the day before, i received the call that my tires came in. They had it locked in on install day. Christopher was grinding through the computer work and measurements with no remorse. In and out in maybe 10 mins once everything came together...I should have stayed and waited, the only real "hiccup" to occur...we are talking maybe 30 mins tops to have 5 installed...not one single issue to be observed, everyone here operated fantastically

Discovered a screw in my tire. Took my vehicle to Doscount Tire and they quickly confirmed and repaired my tire. Robbie was outstanding. Polite, professional and discussed and offered road hazard protection for my tires. Very impressed with the Doscount Tire model and will continue to use them for my tire needs.

I came in on Saturday at 2:15 P.M. To get a tire balance and rotation, I understand it was busy that day but when i got my car back i noticed they put the front right hubcap on wrong, I had to go out on Sunday and buy a torque wrench and use my personal impact gun to take the lug nuts off and i had to fix the hubcap myself. I put the wheel back on and torqued the lug nuts to spec. Since this is part of a tire technicians main job i am very disappointed with my service.

This is a very busy store. I have been coming here for a few years now. I have always had great employees . This past week I had a dilemma with my tire being flat. I had just dropped my daughter off at Emergency room and my tire light was on. I went to Discount Tire to get air put in. When Chris came out to do a visual inspection my tire was flat. Since I had purchased the tire plan he determined that a new tire was needed. I explained my situation with my daughter and he said not to worry he would take care of me. It was hardly 5 minutes when my car was pulled into the bay and I was on the road in 30 minutes. I truly appreciated him for taking my situation seriously. He is a wonderful employee and your blessed to have him.

Great experience. I came in without an appointment when I discovered an air leak. My tires were beyond repair due to wear. I was fitted into the schedule and left with new tires. Great experience.
