Israel's customer service is 10/10 OUTSTANDING quality customer service! Because of Israel I've named this location the "Chick-fil-A" of discount tires. Overall everyone is knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and welcoming. Israel stands out to me due to my personal experience at Discount Tire. Thanks for all you do! I will return over and over again!

Everyone was very pleasant!

I was really hesitant to go to a tire store because of past experiences and the fact that they tend to be kind of dirty and inefficient places. But of course, with tires, you don’t have to go all that often so I wasn’t sure what my experience was going to be with discount tire. I initially went to purchase the tires through tire rack and discount tires was a potential installer. This makes sense since discount tires owns tire rack! I ended up ordering my tires through the discount tire website and they were available and in the store the next day. I was able to get an appointment of my choice for installation and even arrived a little early. Time from arrival until departure was just a little over one hour. This is so unusual for tire stores! I was extremely happy. This discount tire store is clean, efficient, and they did a great job except for putting too much air in the tires compared to the requirements for the car. Obviously that was easily correctable. I will say that the last time I had tires put on my second car it was done by the mobile service and that was really easy and convenient. But I guess that doesn’t exist anymore. I highly recommend discount tires, especially this north battlefield location!
