New Tires and Wheel Store in Chester, VA 23831

I am writing to share my experience regarding the Discount Tire location at 12030 Rte 1, Chester, VA 23831, specifically highlighting Caleb, Eddie the manager, and the talented female technician who serviced my vehicle. This was my fourth visit to this location, and once again, the team delivered consistent professionalism, genuine kindness, and outstanding customer service. I brought in a specific setup: a set of tires ordered from their website, my own TPMS sensors, hub rings, and titanium lug nuts to be installed on aftermarket forged wheels. My appointment was at 8:45 AM. Caleb assured me they would take extra care due to the value of the wheels, even noting it might take a bit longer. To my surprise, he called me by 9:30 AM to let me know the job was complete. The fitment and installation were absolutely perfect. Furthermore, the technician went above and beyond by helping me verify that I have enough clearance to step up one size in tire width on my next purchase—a size I originally wanted but skipped to play it safe on my daily driver. Thank you, Discount Tire! Eddie, you have a stellar team here. I will definitely be back when my other vehicles need tires.

If I can give 100 stars I will give that. The staff over here has to be the nicest most professional group I have ever come across in life. They come through for me like I didn’t expect at a time when I really needed it

Caleb was super helpful and kids !

Caleb was super helpful and kind !

WHILE THE OVERALL COST IS NOT WHAT I CONSIDER A DISCOUNT, THE EFFICIENCY AND QUALITY OF SERVICE IS EXEMPLARY. I CAN LIVE WITH THE COST BUT IT'S AFTER THE SALE AND DURING THE SALE I MOST APPRECIATE.

The Chester location is wonderful. Each time I came they got me right I appreciate all that they do.

SERVICE! That's the one thing that sets Chester Discount Tire apart! These people are the BEST! They answered the phone, did put me on hold for 30 minutes, took me right in the next day, had my tires waiting for me. In and out in about 30 minutes! I tried another dealer, had to wait 45 minutes to be waited on, and was then told it would be a 2 hour wait. Chester Discount Tire is my tire shop from now on! If you want good service, this is where you go!

Caleb was professional and customer service oriented.

Don’t go here they overbook and don’t care how long you wait and don’t honor your appointment.

The staff is always professional and friendly. I appreciate that the employees get right to work on the vehicles because it makes me feel like they value my time & my business. I really appreciate the great service I receive at this location.
