Having spent 45 years in the auto repair industry as a technician, manager, and educator, I am able to recognize quality in a business related to automotive service. All of my purchases and service at Discount Tire have exceeded my expectations and were done with a level of professionalism that I would expect. I usually wait for my service, and during that time, listen and watch the representatives and technicians, and have been impressed with the level of training and the abilities of the staff to not only perform their jobs well in normal situations, but handle customer issues well when problems and questions come up. In a personal experience, I had trouble with TPMS programming on one of my vehicles, and although I have equipment that should have handled the job, the sensors would not program correctly. I called, made an appointment, and had them look at the vehicle. Their specialized tools for TPMS monitoring and programming are superior and they were able to diagnose and program my vehicle correctly. What came next surprised me and insured my future business. When I asked how much I owed for the service, the reply was "Not a thing". It was then explained that they considered such service to be complimentary for their customers. In these days of charges for often a simple diagnosis, this was a breath of fresh air and a clear indication that this is an establishment that is truly interested in the welfare of their customers. Store is very clean and modern Parking lot ingress and egress is a bit awkward due to design and exact location.

I worked with Sebastian C. at the North Chesterfield store on Mall Dr. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I came in planning to buy Michelin Defender2 tires, but Sebastian explained the benefits of the Michelin CrossClimate2 and helped me make an informed decision. He also reviewed my alignment results when I picked up my vehicle. I was on my lunch break and appreciated how smoothly and quickly everything was handled. Great experience—I’m very satisfied with my purchase and will definitely return to Discount Tire in the future.

Great store to get trailer tires for my boat trailer. Good service and price.

After getting new tires, my tire light immediately went on, and the alignment that was done was not done properly. My steering wheel is crooked, and the car pulls to the right.

This location has exceeded the standards set by the founder of the company. I have never in my life experienced such a positive visit to a Discount Tire location. Top notch staff who look you in the eyes (unheard of these days) top-notch management as evidence by the top notch staff and just an overall sense of family and belonging – – which is strangely weird, but certainly appreciated, at a store that sells tires. Kudos to everyone who was working during my visit
