Marcus was very helpful on the phone, he informed me I could purchase the tires I wanted on their Web site because the tires were not in stock. He continued to tell me that they would arrive the next day and I could make an appointment which would give me "Next In" when I arrived. The process went smoothly. Upon conclusion of the sale I asked for the information so I could get the $80.00 mail in gift card rebate that I assumed my tire purchase qualified for. I purchased the Bridgestone Turanza EL440 costing me over $1,300.00. Turns out the rebate only covered Winter tires to my surprise. After finding out this disappointment Jose helped me and gave me $56.00 credit. I left the store very pleased and satisfied, the entire staff was very professional. I have to mention one thing which I was concerned with, It took less time after they got my keys and I sat down to have my tires installed than it took to get waited on. I stood in line for over 20 minutes and it only took 18 minutes for my CRV to be completed. I'm still happy as can be though. The store was busy. I have to mention something though, approximately one year ago I had a tire that was loosing air, I went to the Holland Road store to get it repaired. To my surprise they didn't charge me anything, I was shocked, they repaired the tire from the inside and rebalanced it. Several months later my wife's CRV had a nail in it, I took it to the Holland Road store and they did the same thing, to me that settled any thoughts of having anybody else service my tire and alignment needs. Not long after that my wife's CRV needed tires and I purchased a set of 4 Michelin's from that store, On the 23rd of October (the other day) I purchased a set of 4 Bridgestone Turanza EL440, the same tire that is on my 2026 Honda Odyssey. I've never been so pleased spending over $1,300 for anything in my lifetime and I'm 78 years old. Good Job Discount Tire!!! You've got my business from now on.
