The entire staff that I personally talked to were very polite and professional. Overall, it was a good experience for this senior citizen.

The service at the store is exceptional. They work really hard and it’s amazing to see how much they get done in a day. So many customers. Must be doing it right. For tires, this is the only place we will go.

I was from out of town & drove into store on the donut spare tire bcuz I'd had a flat tire. After Bradley looked at the flat tire, he informed me that the tire would have to be ordered. After explaining to him that I headed bk home in Md, he was able to have the tire delivered the same day. After a little wait for the tire to arrive, we were ready to go in no time. Thanks Bradley!!!

Very happy with my experience at this location. Bradley assisted me when things could have not good.

They didn't receive the 4th tire the day of my appointment and didn't notify me day of. They offered another alternative at a cheaper price, but didn't offer any compensation for the lack of communication. Day of my appointment, I wanted my full size spare changed and the rear right put back as the spare. It was noted a total of 3 times to do so, and it was still not done. They fixed the issue quickly, but didn't put the center cap back on. On top of that mistake, NONE of the rest (3) of the center caps were installed correctly. 2 of them weren't on all the way and ready to fall off. The 3rd was not lined up with the tab and indent in the wheel specifically designed for the center cap. Very disappointing.

I will tell all that I know about this wonderful business. They greeted every customer that entered the store and thanked you for being patient. They also are honest. I paid for an alignment that I thought I needed to be refunded and told I do not need an alignment.
