I would recommend calling the store to confirm that the tires are in stock before making a purchase. I ended up having to pay more for tires because the website allowed me to order a tire that wasn't available. I believe the website should inform customers to verify tire availability. Despite this issue, I would purchase from Discount Tire again.

I received a text when my car was done (which was within about 45 minutes) and picked it up just as seamlessly. Great experience

Discount Tire resolved my tire problem on the same day! I visited Used Tire Express on Indian River, where the technician said my tire was fine. However, the tire pressure light came back on that day, and by the next morning, the tire was completely flat! I had to call my insurance again, and they arranged roadside assistance to put on the spare. After discussing it with my brother, I took my car to Discount Tire. As soon as the technician examined my tire, he noticed a small nail near the wall. He fixed my tire at no charge! Not only did they identify the nail that Used Tire Express missed, but they also repaired it for free! They’ve gained a lifelong customer! If you have a tire problem, don’t waste your time elsewhere—go to Discount Tire; they’ll find and fix your tire on the first visit!

If you have a problem they will try really hard to help. They are great at explaining most things. Holland Rd discount tire is one of the best that I have been to. They try to get you in and out and they listen to your concerns about your tires.

Tech failed to ensure center cap was fully in place after plugging tire which led to a missing center cap. Store manager is supposed to be ordering a replacement center cap.
