Welcomed by associate at my appointed time with overwhelming courtesy and friendliness. Associate recommended a nearby restaurant while my vehicle was being serviced. All work performed in a timely manner by professional technicians. Explanation of work performed, was clearly presented after service completion. Couldn't ask for a better experience having tires installed on your vehicle.

Discount tire is "THE" place to buy tires and/or have tire repairs. I'm a repeat customer because of the professionalism and service that I receive. I specifically would like to cite Jose, who was one of the managers on duty. He answered all of my questions skillfully and knowledgeably, and ensured that I was satisfied with the outcome. I'll be back!

Great and timely service.

I made an appointment to have my tires rotated and have an alignment. Employees lied too me multiple times about how long it would take to have my tires rotated and have an alignment done. Was told it would only take 90 minutes. So I decided to wait in the store. They didn’t even touch my vehicle for 90 minutes. Waiting another hour for my tire rotation service to be completed. So I’m already 2.5 hours into my wait. But nobody told me the alignment was “first come first served.” Why even let me me an appointment for it then? Wasted my time. Then after waiting 2.5 hours an employee told me my car was next up for an alignment. Then they put somebody else car on the alignment machine. I was fed up. I was lied too twice by two different employees and nobody was honest when I confronted them about the wait time. I just requested a refund and just left. Awful service. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
