An upgrade was made on the spot in order to get my car fitted with tires. I was impressed! AND the employees stayed after closing to finish with an alignment. That just doesn’t happen anymore in today’s world. Discount Tire is the definition of customer service in my book.

Although they were busy, (Sat afternoon) the staff worked quickly to help everyone and they got my tire Plugged and I was back on the road quickly. They were professional and friendly.

I want to say how impressed I am with the customer service, professionalism, and quality of work in your store. I came to the store in the early afternoon not expecting to be seen that day, but to get some questions answered and possibly set up an appointment for service. Zach greeted me and answered my questions about pricing. He then checked for availability with Jaz who was the alignment technician on duty. Sam was able to explain to me why I couldn't make an appointment online for this particular service and I understood completely. With an opening in the schedule Jaz took my vehicle and conducted an alignment check to verify whether or not the service was in fact needed. After the check, she came out and fully explained the readings and the need for the alignment. Having done some front end work on the vehicle myself, I assumed there would be a need for the service. As promised, Jaz completed the alignment in under an hour and showed me the after results. She also pointed out a few items that I should be aware of for the future. Please pass along my appreciation for their services. Your staff demonstrated great care and tact with every customer I witnessed while I waited in the store. Your store has certainly earned my future business and recommendation to others.
