New Tires and Wheel Store in Bothell, WA 98021

I used to be a Les Scwab guy, but I travel a lot of the Les Scwab area so I needed a national tire company, I’ve had Discount replace tires damaged by road hazards in Florida, Arizona I’ve done side-by-side comparisons and discount is by far the best value for me

I went in for a flat tire repair after learning of a screw in my tire the day before during an air fill up. It took ten minutes to be talked to and get the process started. I ended up working with Kaleb. He did not listen to my responses to his questions and kept asking the same questions. The main one was are the tires original (no, I bought them here in the last year) and are you sure you have a spare? He proceeded to continue to push the sale of a spare tire regardless of how many times I told him I have one. He only stopped once I finally told him to just do what repair has been requested. At the end of my service, the person who brought me my car shared they did the flag repair and it was at this point we both realized Kaleb said they’d do a rotation and he did not note it on the service. Thankfully the tech got my car right back in and rotated the tires. Based on my experience with Kaleb, I am hesitant to return to this store.

They stripped a lug bolt and lack the ability to replace/repair the bolt. I had to drive a half-hour to a real tire shop to have the lug bolt replaced. The men's restroom is marginal, no hand soap! I'm returning to the Edmonds DT in the future.

Clean Store and knowledgeable staff

I recently had a great experience with Discount Tire in Bothell, WA. One of the tires on my Mazda had a nail in the tread. The tire was losing only about 3 psi per week, so the leak was relatively minor, but it was definitely there. Because the nail was on the tread surface, I thought it should be a straightforward repair. I initially went to Costco to have it repaired. Since the tire was not purchased at Costco, they charged me a small service fee. However, after inspecting the tire, Costco told me they could not repair it because it was a V-rated speed tire. Although they refunded the fee, the whole process took two hours and was quite frustrating, since the puncture seemed like a simple repair. I then decided to try Discount Tire in Bothell. To my pleasant surprise, they had no problem repairing the tire. Even better, they did not charge me anything for the repair. I really appreciate their willingness to help and this good gesture. The staffs were professional, helpful, and they made the whole experience quick and hassle-free. I am very happy with my experience at Discount Tire in Bothell. I will definitely come back for future tire purchases and service.
