Overall very satisfied. They got me in fast and even with out an appointment. I was just checking prices out but they had my tires in stock and said they could get me in with minimal wait time today. They also answered all my questions. I will be back.

Was helped, quickly. Was called about issues that came up and was asked how I would like to proceed rather than getting a suprise charge at the end. Really apperciate the professionalism and customer service.

I was sent out the door with new wheels and tires with no wheel weights on the outside of the steel wheels at all. Lots of bad vibrations occurred at 60-70 mph. Went back to ask them to fully balance the wheels/tires, and they applied 8 wheel weights to the outside of the right rear wheel wrapping half way around the rim. Additionally they installed new lug nuts that I didn’t request, and I needed my oem lug nuts to hold the center caps on as they have external threads to attach the plastic simulate lug nuts. I had to wait additional time for them to remove all the unwanted lug nuts. In the end I went back to the Les Schwab tire center I have gone to for years to have these wheels And tired rebalanced properly and they were able to get them rebalanced with a minimal amount of weight by rotating the tires on the wheels. Lastly, I asked twice “don’t reinstall my original center caps, as they’re delicate and I’ll do it myself. Both times they ignored my request and reinstalled the center caps. I was attracted by the low price, but the service was terrible and I won’t be coming back.
