Miguel Cabral the store manager is a very stand up guy and will do everything in his power to take care of you. He went above and beyond to take care of a situation and I don’t think there is enough words to describe how much I appreciate what he has done to correct the situation. I would recommend this store to anybody who asks where to go to get treated right and fairly. Head over and see Miguel he will take care of you. I promise.

Fantastic experience at this store! My tire was taken care of quickly, I was greeted almost immediately and the employee I worked with (Carlos) was polite and friendly and respectful.

I was greeted at the door by a new associate during my walk-in visit after purchasing a tire and wheel package online. Although I had a scheduled appointment for two days later, I was encouraged to come to the store if I had some free time before then. The associate was friendly, and the manager informed me that she was still in training. She quickly assisted me with the check-in and paperwork. Considering it was a walk-in, the time estimate provided was remarkably accurate. The bathroom did not have a working soap dispenser. As I was leaving, I noticed that she had forgotten to charge me for the alignment, which I pointed out and subsequently paid for. However, after driving about five miles away, I realized that the alignment had not perfectly centered the steering wheel; it was noticeably off, around the 1:30 position. I came back in two days later to retorque the tires, and the staff apologized for the alignment and got it fixed within 45 minutes during a very busy morning.

The entire Discount Tire team was both courteous and informative offering me appropriate tire options to replace on my own Dodge pickup while at the same time serving several other customers with similar needs. The atmosphere was calm in the store that busy Saturday morning (as busy as it was) in great part due to the serving attitude of Roy and the entire team.
