Incredible experience! Took longer than projected, but it was still acceptable since they were running behind. Matthew was awesome! Friendly, courteous, helpful, respectful, knowledgable, & helpful. He referred to everyone on the phone & in the store by their name every time, which is a nice touch. Explored many options w/ me. Love the service & the prices! The store environment is good but should be better, as they need to connect the myriad monitors all over the store to something--they are currently nonfunctional/turned off, & it's been that way since I've known of them (a few years!). Nice touch to have cold water in the fridge for customers! Thank you for a great tire experience...again!

Matthew was very helpful and friendly and before I could get the wife and kids out of the truck, Matthew was already working on getting my 5th wheel jacked up and pointed out a good food place for the family to eat at while we waited, when we got back everything was ready to go.
