Had an appointment to have a tire mounted that I had purchased online .They were prompt,courteous, knowledgeable and everyone was working efficiently in a very super clean and nice store. I did not expect to have this great of an experience, So will definitely keep returning for my tires needs.

I had a very large screw/bolt lodged in my tire. Although it wasn't flat, I knew it had to be removed. Done and done, with new stem and, as a loyal Discount Tire customer there was NO CHARGE. Can't ask for better service

Everyone with whom I spoke was courteous and helpful. The time that it took from when I entered until I left was roughly 25 minutes. This was for a review of what was to be done, to the tires being balanced and rotated, plus new windshield wipers. I have always like dealing with Discount Tire and it seems that, even though service has always been great, it was outstanding this time around!

From initial contact to my final checkout with the mechanic who did the tire rotation was a great experience! The mechanic who did the service shared with me he was able to fix something that was an issue I had with Americas Best in CA. My husband was extremely happy that not only was the issue fixed but that I was treated nicely. From start to finish I appreciated the way the service guy handled my questions, he relayed in his actions that service was important and he wants me to come back in the future. The mechanic makes me want to come back because I trust him. I have realistic expectations for wait times and process. Observing the customers, employees and my own experience I feel the store does a great job!
