Professional outfit, employees treat people with respect and are knowledgeable. Only complaint is lack of parking but that is a mark of success, no shortage of customers.

I was well taken care of from the moment I walked in the store and left feeling great knowing I could get back on the road safely and had nothing to worry about.

the only reason for 4star on store cleanliness is due to the thrown in the men's room not being able to flush...other than that this team knows how to get job done, and done well! almost like pulling into the pits at an F1 race, PITSTOP!!!

If you're headed into Discount Tire, ask for Andrew, if he isn't there, bring your car in anyway. I have never worked with such helpful, kind and attentive employees in a tire shop setting. It was clean, they kept to their time commitments, offered me money-saving discounts and were always aware of what was going on and what the next steps were for getting me in and out in the same day (even though I didn't have an appointment). This is truly the greatest tire shop I've ever been to, and I'll tell everyone I know that this is where they should be going to service their vehicles. Thank you, Discount Tire, y'all made what could've been a painful experience inviting and welcoming.

Great service, product, price and great crew.

They fixed a nail hole in a tire previously. It failed and I was told they can’t fix it because I didn’t buy the road hazard insurance. I asked why they fixed it the first time and they couldn’t give me a straight answer. I was never offered this insurance and just thought it came with the tire warranty.
