The BEST Discount Tire store in the Denver Metro Area! You won't find better customer service from the manager on down to the guys installing tires. These guys appreciate their jobs and it shows in how they interact with their customers. The manager deserves a promotion for how well he keeps his store and his employees. I’ve been a Discount Tire customer for over 20 years. Was really disappointed to hear that the tire they ordered for me the last time I was there was the wrong size. They didn’t tell me at the time of ordering. They told me on a subsequent visit that occurred some months later. And they didn’t even offer to make it right lol. It really has me wondering if I should continue to put my trust in them after giving them 20+ years of my business, time, and money.

Overall pretty great experience. Watched an employee tag a curb with my truck while he was parking it. Driver side window is broken, rolls down but not back up. I forgot to tell the staff. They did in fact roll the window down. I watched the same employee who was parking my car struggle to roll it back up. When he gave me my keys he didn’t mention the window. I asked him to borrow a pair of pliers to fix it. He obliged.

Had to go back because they forgot to replace the wiper blades that was part of the online order of tires, wiper blades and scheduling. Otherwise it was a typical experience for a Colorado establishment.

We didn’t have to wait at all — they helped us immediately and made the whole process quick, easy, and stress-free. What really stood out was how thoughtful and proactive they were. They even set us up with a full-size spare without us even having to ask. That level of customer service is rare these days, and it truly showed how much they care about their customers. Everyone there was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. We left feeling completely taken care of and extremely happy with the service we received.
