This was my first visit to Discount Tire. I was there because I had a slow leak in one of my tires. All the reps smiled and were very friendly. The gentleman who took my info and checked my van was personable and informative. The mechanic who fixed my tire was very pleasant and helpful. The tire issue was repaired quickly and efficiently. I was made to feel comfortable and it was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely do business with them again.

Everyone was amazing, no pressure sales and knowledgeable.

Axel is the best

I had a flat repaired here only to have to return 2 days later because it was still leaking. I was told that it could not be repaired again and I would have to purchase a new tire. It was able to be repaired by another vendor and in the 2+ weeks since, has held its pressure. I feel like Discount was just trying to up-sell me a new tire. It definitely felt like I was being played. Not Happy.

This is the best place to buy tires. I've been coming here for the last 15-20 years. Great prices, great customer service.

While lots of people come to this store to check their tire pressure, the line moves quickly and the workers tend to people very quickly and friendly. I’ve had nothing but great experiences here

Zero communication on wait times. They tell people on the phone "come o n in, we're going thru cars fast" meanwhile I'm sitting in your store with an appointment for 2 hours

Manager helped me immediately with tires. Crew members where amazing with their working attitude. Very positive, nice to see people like that.
