Always a great experience

Justin and the staff were great. Quoted me 45-1 hour for work to be done and they were done in 30 minutes. Went above and beyond to help me out. There was a mistake made about refunding the disposal fee as I was taking my old tires with me. He offered to have my wipers replaced instead of issuing a refund which I accepted and appreciated. I know Discount is a chain store but I am big on quality customer service and was not disappointed

I had an all around excellent experience with this store. The employees were very knowledgeable and explained any questions that I had about both of my vehicles that I had brought in for tires. The customer service was excellent. I love that there was great communication about the progress of the work that I was having done.

The Brighton store has to be one of the fastest stores I have gone too. They get you in and get you out in a timely manner. Parker took care of my situation. He was courteous and knowledgeable and took care of my situation. I would recommend discount tire to all my family and friends. I have been going to discount tire for over 15 years and love the service, products and price. Thank you Brighton Store for going above and beyond great service!!

I have visited Discount Tires on various occasions when my TMP light came on or just felt like I had low tire pressure. In the past, they fixed the flat for free. This time, the tire was not repairable. They handled the flat and got me back on the road.

Always a good experience at this store and I want to compliment Andres. He is very professional and an asset to Discount tire. There was a slight issue with 2 of my 4 new tires missing due to a snafu by Fedex. Things can go wrong, but it is how they are responded to that matters when it comes to customer service. Andres tracked the 2 tires down, followed up with me quickly and got my total install completed the same day...with a humble apology. I buy all my tires (truck, cars, RV, trailer, etc.) from this store and have never been disappointed.

Discount Tire has been my choice for tires for decades. Really can't say enough good about them. During the busiest times it's good to do a drop off if you don't want to wait in the store, which does have comfortable seating in the waiting area.

Opened before 8:00. My appointment was for 8:15 and they had me on my way at 8:30. Can’t ask for more than that They rock at that store

It's was fast service just didn't want extra insurance on tires and told them that still received it.
