Until I see my issues resolved, my reviews are here to stay. I am disappointed to have to have spent $1000 from my pocket and still have my truck treated the way it did coming here. After initially scheduling, I was told my tires would be received either later that same day or sometime the next day. Little did I know I would be waiting the next three days for a call and not receive anything because they were not calling back. The stack of papers made from client profiles. Calling back to the store was no use either. When you arrive, you quickly realize this, as you hear their phone ringing endlessly as you are talking to their representative. There was a sale going on for the tires online, which they did not match at the time they finally did the tires and instead gave me a lesser “discount on one of the tires”. Got the truck back and found it was missing a center cap, missing all tire caps, missing a bead lock screw, and my tires were under-inflated. I went back to this place 5 times in 2 weeks and am still waiting for the full solution to my “simple“ problem. The technicians were very respectful, but that doesn’t help when they aren’t paying attention.

Make sure your balancing is done correctly. Seems they don't pay attention. Big mistake and makes it very dangerous for customers. A simple tire rotation and balancing turned into a dangerous situation and costly.
