New Tires and Wheel Store in Colorado Springs, CO 80918

I arrived as soon as the store opened and a staff member came right out to meet me. She was extremely helpful in helping me choose the right tires. She also inspected my wiper blades. The whole process took less than an hour. I am very happy with my experience.

This location provides easily the best service of any tire store or repair shop I’ve ever encountered. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been extremely friendly and personable. Communication is terrific, and I always feel like my convenience is paramount to them. They are prompt, knowledgeable, tires and services are reasonably-priced, and they’re just a pleasure to deal with all around. I can’t recommend this location enough, and I will never go anywhere else.

I had a tire blowout and ended up needing to replace all 4 tires. Caleb at this location was incredibly helpful in showing me his recommendations without pushing me to make the sale. He was aware of my priorities and budget and made recommendations that were most helpful for me. The installation was quick and the whole process was easy. With the perks they offer as well, I'll never buy tires elsewhere.

Excellent customer service from the sales agents. They had wonderful communication, knowledge of their products and returned calls getting my car in same day. I was very disappointed in how filthy they left my car. It was perfectly clean when they worked on it and upon giving it back to me, it was covered in black. I spent 2 hours cleaning the interior. They should have protected the surfaces.
