New Tires and Wheel Store in Colorado Springs, CO 80920

I was immediately acknowledged by the associate, Bailey, as I walked in. He was very friendly and attentive. They serviced my vehicle much more quickly than they quoted me. They did not charge me for plugging my tire which had a nail in it. I went back 2 days later because my tire was still losing air. I brought it back in and they fixed the problem, which was a leaky valve stem. Again, they did not charge me. I will definitely use them to buy tires when the time comes. I am very happy with their service and would highly recommend them.

The Woodmen location has been top notch at providing great & HONEST service. There's actually a new Falcon Discount Tire less than 2 miles from my house but after two HORRIBLE experiences there and a friend who recently had the wrong tires put on their trailer, we opt to drive out of our way to the Woodmen location. It's a great store that we'll continue to use. The Falcon location could use some & training, and professional tips from this branch.

I came in around 5:57 PM to get my tires rotated thinking the shop was open until 8 PM. The gentleman that helped me said he could still get my tires done in spite of the time. I was pleasantly surprised!! My car was serviced and ready to go in about 45 minutes!!

They assessed my tire as patchable and repaired it at no cost. I am quite pleased that they didn't oversell the damage and try to get me to buy a new tire.

Cory and his team are phenomenal have always delivered great service every time. I don’t go any where else for my tires. Is worth driving just to see this team!
