I came in around 5:57 PM to get my tires rotated thinking the shop was open until 8 PM. The gentleman that helped me said he could still get my tires done in spite of the time. I was pleasantly surprised!! My car was serviced and ready to go in about 45 minutes!!

They assessed my tire as patchable and repaired it at no cost. I am quite pleased that they didn't oversell the damage and try to get me to buy a new tire.

Although an appointment is desirable, that system is flawed with limited appointments to no appointments available so I have found it necessary to just walk in most of the time even though the waiting time is longer.

Replaced all 4 tires. Arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment and received immediate assistance. I was told service would take about an hour. I received a text 31 minutes later that my car was ready. Great service!

I had shopped three different websites for tires including Costco and Sam’s and was surprised to see that Discount was able to match their prices to the penny. I purchased the tires online and scheduled an appointment for Monday and they called and said that they had available time slots on Saturday, dropped the vehicle off and received a text telling me that the vehicle was ready. Extremely painless process.
