I have been shopping at Discount Tire’s for 40 years. I live in Boulder but go to the Lafayette store to purchase tires, windshield wipers sand have my tires rotated. I drive to this location because I ALWAYS receive OVER the TOP customer service and the employees are knowledgeable, professional and honest. On my last visit, I was greeted and taken care of by Alejandro. He was very kind and professional and asked if I needed windshield wiper blades with my tire rotation. I appreciated his professionalism and he quoted my wait time accurately. Edgar also provided over the top service upon completing the work on my vehicle and handing me my keys. I ALWAYS leave very satisfied and highly recommend your location to all my friends. I hope both these employees get recognized for the exceptional service they provided and once again, I drive from Boulder to purchase tires at the Lafayette store because of the OVER the TOP customer service that your employees provide.

I was seen as a walk-in at the Broomfield store on Highway287. Had a nail in my tire. They fixed it in less than the time they had estimated. All their staff were very kind, courteous and professional to me and my frail mother!

I was thrilled with the professionalism and knowledge and efficiency of the salespeople and the service I was provided. My wait time was much less than I anticipated. The ladies’ restroom was clean and very nice. They also sold bottled water and had plenty of chairs in the waiting area. A wonderful experience in buying a spare snow tire! All the people were very helpful and efficient!!
