Great experience and customer service.

I had to drop my car off on a Sunday after I found a nail in my tire. When I called the next morning, they were quick to accommodate an earlier than scheduled appt time. After arriving they were prompt and had me out of the door in about 30 minutes. This was my 4th or 5th nail in the last few years and I always come to this store and they have been great each time.

Absolutely astonishing crew at this store! They are ALWAYS busy, but I ALWAYS feel like I am taken care of and they genuinely want me to be a happy customer! Shout out to Dylan who, no matter how busy he is, will make time to ensure that I am a satisfied customer! He is a multitasking rock star who insists on carry the torch of the age old tradition that is "The Customer is Always Right". Keep doing what you are doing Dylan! Tyler, you run a tight ship there and I appreciate it. I simply will NOT buy tires anywhere else!

Came in Friday the 14th early afternoon (1:37p) and Dylan #549 is the name I have on my receipt so I assume it’s the same young gentleman who assisted me from the start. I barely got the door open to come inside the lobby before being greeted so didn’t have to wait even a moment! Dylan was so welcoming and had a great personality that put me at ease and I felt extremely comfortable explaining my situation. I really appreciated that he listened to my budget and helped me find the best option without trying to upsell anything. Overall, super honest, efficient, and helpful! I couldn’t be more pleased with the staff. Truly a great team y’all got here. There was another guy that deserves recognition that handed to keys over to me (~ 3pm) and basically checked me out, for lack of a better term, but I didn’t get his name :( again- really great service. I felt like I was shootin the sh*t with my friends. Especially since I’ve been going thru some really really rough times recently and just been stressed to the max every day for a month at least, it was refreshing and comforting getting helped by these two gentlemen. I genuinely appreciate them so much!!c
