Joshua, Cade, Daniel, and the rest of the team are the best! Time and time again, regardless of my tire/related parts needs (and trust me, it's often, given 4 kids that drive and me with a "slight" car problem...=), they deliver. But it's how they deliver that matters the most. Always with a smile. Always on time. And always competitively priced. If you've never tried this store, do yourself a favor and give them a chance. Such an awesome team!

Good service as usual been going to them for over 30 years

The staff was super friendly and helpful and I had to run home to get the key for my wheel locks. As soon as I got back someone was outside ready to help and knew exactly what I needed. The repair on my tire was FREE and took less than 15 minutes :)

The GM Cade is absolutely amazing, and he goes way above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that his clients are satisfied! He truly went out of his way to help me out of a very tricky spot with my Audi RS7 when he and his great team (Josh, Hayden, and Dillon) discovered that Audi Denver had severely damaged one of my brand-new tires that I bought from Cade earlier this year. Please give Cade a raise and some much-deserved recognition, because he certainly earned it multiple times!! Cade was very nice and genuine, I really didn’t understand my situation at first so I was kinda confused and caught off guard.. I had to call my husband. Cade patiently explained and showed concern for me as a person not just a customer and that ment a lot to me . And took care of my situation with in hesitation..,I will be back . I am not quite sure if I would recomended this store....Thank you for sending me this survey. I would like to highlight a few points: 1. I requested an appointment to have my tires changed around January 3, 2026 (my winter tires are in your warehouse, and I purchased them from you at this same store). I made the request in advance because I understand that you need time to order the tires that are stored in your warehouse. 2. The appointment was scheduled for January 14, but when I arrived, my tires were not at the store, which I didn't understand. 3. Furthermore, the technical representative who assisted me said that the tires I had purchased from that store as winter tires were not actually winter tires; DISCOUNT TIRES sold me general-purpose tires...this is unacceptable! I don't understand why they did this. It doesn't matter who the sales representative is; if they are not technically trained, they shouldn't be assisting customers. Fortunately, the person who helped me at that time realized the mistake, and we scheduled another appointment for January 26 for the installation of the correct winter tires, at no additional cost (although I'm not sure if there would have been an additional cost otherwise). 4. To make matters worse, on January 26, I was at the store at the agreed-upon time, and my tires were not there again...unacceptable! Gentlemen, I work, and I have wasted a lot of time with you. I had to go to work and then return to the store during my lunch break. Finally, they installed my winter tires (I hope they are the correct ones).
