Great customer service and quick completion of service provided, i.e., four new tires.

I was in a rush to get on the road for an extended trip and found a nail in my tire. I fully expected to be delayed by several hours to get it patched. I was quoted a completion time of an hour to an hour and a half. I was so pleased and relieved when they were finished after about 30 minutes. They were so kind, fast, and efficient. The store was clean and accommodating. This is definitely a store I will using in the future.

As always, the service managers were friendly, knowledgeable, and right on with advice, service times, etc. I would never do business with any other tire company than Discount Tire.

My visit experience was good. More time could be utilized to explain the service certificate and have a printout available to the customer.

Spent more time waiting inside to get in the que for service than it took for them to change my tires since I had purchased them online already. 22 minutes from keys out of hand to back in. Pretty impressive for a full set.

We only use Discount Tires. Our trailer had a blow out while traveling through town. We came here and was told we would have a 3 hour wait as per the cue. I couldn’t believe it for an emergency fix. I waited 3 hours and watched other customers come in to buy tires and get serviced while I sat there waiting. I remember 4 vehicles. It was frustrating that my past loyalty meant nothing during my emergency while traveling to California from Colorado. This also happened to me at a store in Colorado Springs where I also waited over 3 hours. There needs to be a different system to help a customer in a bind so they can be put first in the cue or blend in between cars for 1 tire.
