New Tires and Wheel Store in Loveland, CO 80537

I had such an amazing experience here. They got me new tires without being pushy in around 30 minutes it was insanely quick! They had a same day appointment for me as well which was incredible so I didn't have to go without a car. The associate was kind, helpful, and understanding. Best experience ever! The only thing I would say is that they should tell you that option certificates exist instead of just automatically adding them on. I wasn't asked if I wanted them I had to tell the associate to take them off. I'm glad I thought of that or my end price would have been more expensive!

The staff is always very professional and knowledgeable. Great pricing for Toyo snow tires

The time it took for my wheel and tire setup to get installed was barely an hour and a half of wait, and that was super fast compared to what I thought it would be, one of the tires had an issue which got resolved as soon as they noticed and overall was a great experience

I appreciate the professional advice I was given at the store. I feel like I trust Discount Tire very much. Never been disappointed.

Great experience. Tyler and Marc where great to deal with.

Great experience from start to finish.

Fantastic store. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable.

Great store!

Knowledgeable staff. Had all the right answers to my tech questions. Was also allowed in service bay to check the brake pad wear. Able to make my own tire choice.

I found the sales guy knowledgeable and friendly, and got me a good deal on my tires.

I dropped off a set of wheels and performance tires to be road force balanced. I’ve had this set balanced twice at another shop and still had a bad vibration above 60mph. I explained this to Terrance and he completely understood what I needed. He helped me unload and got me all setup in less than 5 minutes. I got a text about 45 minutes later stating the tires were done. I was told there was no charge for this and I really appreciated that. Fast forward to The next evening’s commute, I was able to cruise at 80mph smooth as glass!!! I have been fighting this vibration for months thinking, surely the other tire shop knew what they were doing and their machine was capable of a correct balance. I am soooo relieved and very grateful for the service I received from the entire staff of the Loveland store. Next stop is the race track, where I’m sure these will be smooth and confidence inspiring at 120mph +. This is how you attain customers for life. Now if you just sold Toyo’s in store, I’d buy them from you in a heartbeat. Thanks -Sean

Great Store!

Called ahead about a leaky tire and was told it would be about a 45 minute wait. The time estimated was correct and the repair was free. Everyone I dealt with was very kind and professional, highly recommend this location, and Discount Tire!

My first experience in this store has kept me returning not only for my first vehicle, but for my second vehicle. I had been a customer for over 30 years at a previous tire store when they no longer carried tires on hand I found Discount Tire recommended to me by my son-in-law. I’ve been there ever since. Staff is very professional and courteous and that store is always hopping busy. I never have to wait to be greeted when I arrive. I am always welcome to return with any issues. I have purchased both wheels and tires for both my vehicles plan to continue to do so. The service I received is what keeps me coming back.
