Alexander deserves a shout out. He went above and beyond to help me get a new tire under warranty. He could have easily said there was nothing he could do, but instead he took the time to look into it, reach out, and see if there was still a way to make it happen. You could tell he genuinely cared and wanted to help. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days, and I really appreciated all the extra effort he put in. He turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a really positive one. Thanks again, Alexander!

They got a new wheel and 2 new tires sooner than I expected and had my vehicle ready for pickup sooner than they said.

Admittedly, my 12-minute tire rotation on 4/30/26 was probably helped by the rainy, cloudy weather and the fact that the parking lot was unusually empty. I joked that the manager should buy the employees a pizza party whenever they clear the parking lot like that. I realize this was an unusually quick visit and not a realistic expectation every time, but all of my visits here have been great.

I have used DiscountTire for many years. The sales/service personnel are excellent and knowledgable, the prices are competitive and the installation service is professional and quick. I highly recommend

The customer service has totally disappeared from this location. I went in Saturday 2-21-2026 to have a puncture repaired. The next morning my tire was flat again. I went back Monday 2-23 to see if they could fix it. They told me they could not fix it. I was then told my tires were discontinued and I would have to buy a new set. My current set is a year old with 8000 miles. All for a botched repair. After I voiced my displeasure at the situation I was then told they could get me another tire to replace just the one. All of a sudden, like magic, my tires are now available? Smells like a hustle to me. I will never spend dollar one at any Discount Tire ever again. So disappointed.
