Awesome and honest experience!

Ensure you communicate to the rep that you want your TPMS sensors reset/programmed, ensure they place the lock key back in your vehicle and along with getting all tires aired up to same PSI. Service was quick and sales rep was great. Techs need a little more training and accountability.

Sales team are super pushy, I took my brand new car in with temp tags and they were telling me I needed new tires before the winter. I came in for a nail in the tire, which they told me they would be able to prepare and after I told them I would not be getting tires on my brand new car they couldn't repair it. I went across the street and was informed my tires would be fine for another 10,000-15,000 if properly maintained (alignment tire rotation) they also patched my tire with no issues. Discount was always my go to tire store however after that experience and how pushy they were to encourage me to get tires on my brand new car I won't be returning. At least not to this store.
