Great experience with Discount Tire Company. I brought my wife’s car in because of a malfunctioning TPS sensor, and they diagnosed the issue very quickly. Even though it was not covered under warranty, they replaced it at no additional charge, which I really appreciated. The service person was excellent, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. They got me in and out quickly, and I have no issues at all. Very impressed with the service.

Aaron helped me out on the phone and was quick to suggest tires after asking me some questions. I feel like a got a great deal and ended up purchasing Michelin cross climate 2 tires. Not only do they look good, but they ride really well! Prior to the car being ready, the mechanic approached me and informed me that he was almost done and if I had any questions. I thought that was a nice touch. Awesome service from everyone at Discount Tire! I will definitely be back!

I have been going to this store for probably 18-19 years. I have always had quality and fast service. That's why I've been going there for so long. On my last visit, I went in for a tire rotation knowing that my existing tires were reaching their limitation. Axle, the rep. that waited on me, pointed out the tire tread was about at its limit. He showed me two new tire sets and asked what I wanted to do since I was there for a tire rotation. I told him to do the tire rotation, but after considering the two options he preposed, I decided to go with purchasing new tires since winter was about to start any day. Axle was straight forward with sound advise which I decided to follow.

Trent and his staff were very professional and checked all the tire tread depths and I was not aware some of the tires were reaching their safe limit on wear, and they also found we needed new windshield wipers, as we had just come in for a tire rotation. Trent spent time showing us the tire options and we ended up with a great tire for what we needed and they even had them in stock and they got them put on quickly and got us on our way, and we were very happy with the results!
