We truly cannot thank Cody enough for the kindness, compassion, and exceptional customer service he showed our family. We contacted Discount Tire because our daughter’s 2020 MINI Cooper Countryman desperately needed new tires. We explained what we needed, and Cody provided us with a price over the phone. We agreed, and later that afternoon, we were told we could bring her vehicle in to have the new tires installed. Unfortunately, when we arrived, it was discovered that the tires that had been ordered were the wrong size—not because they wouldn’t fit the vehicle itself, but because the previous owner had changed the rims on our daughter’s car. Suddenly, we found ourselves back at square one. It had already been an incredibly stressful week for our family as we tried to address several repairs and issues with her vehicle, and this felt like one more setback when we were already overwhelmed. Cody could have simply told us what our new options were and sent us on our way. Instead, he listened. He recognized our frustration and our circumstances, showed us genuine compassion, and worked with us to find a solution that we could all agree on. What he ultimately did for us was far beyond anything we anticipated, imagined, or would have ever thought to ask for. When I say that we are humbled and incredibly grateful, those words still somehow fall short of expressing how we feel. Cody did not treat us like another transaction or simply another customer walking through the door. He saw us as people. He understood our need, met us where we were, and helped us find a resolution so that our daughter could have a safe and dependable vehicle again. That kind of customer service is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. Cody is an incredible asset to Discount Tire, and the company is fortunate to have someone like him representing its name. Because of the way we were treated, I can confidently say that I cannot imagine taking our vehicles anywhere else for tire service in the future. Cody, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you. Thank you for your patience, your kindness, your compassion, and for going so far above and beyond for our family. The gentlemen at this store were quite friendly and helpful. I needed tires tocontinue my family vacation after a blowout. I engaged with nearly every member on staff and was met with a positive attitude and willingness to do what was needed to get me back on the road quickly and safely.
