In and out in 15 minutes for my tire rotation and wiper blades. No charge for tire rotations since I purchased my tires from the store. A nice and clean shop with friendly employees throughout.

I came in from out of town and tire had developed a bulge on side wall that needed to have tire replaced. I also had a deadline to catch a ferry that day. The team at Discount Tire made sure to get me back on the road. The team and store seemed to be happy and well run which is a sign of good management with good employees.

Eli was great! He’s very helpful and knowlegable to everything he’s talking about and everything I should know about the tires and service. He’s an asset!

There are very few people in the service industry that actually listen to a customers concerns, Luis is one of those people. He called me after a recent visit, which he did not need to, but he wanted to listen to my concern. Arrived at store with no appointment around 45 minutes before store closing hour. 1600 miles from home. Got our punctured tire patched and on our way before closing. We buy all of our tires from Discount Tire for this service. And that they are everywhere when you need them is the icing on the cake.

I had called the 800 number the evening before and was not very happy with the experience, was told they could not find the tire I requested. I hesitated to contact the local store but am very glad I did. When I called the store on Dani in Fort Myers the next morning and spoke with Eli, he found the tire immediately, ordered it to be at the store that afternoon. When we arrived Andrew met us outside, rang up our order and had it at the store and installed by 3pm. The entire store was customer oriented, friendly and efficient. Greeted as I pulled up. Car went in immediately. From appointment time to exit, 2 tires mounted and balanced....32 minutes? WHAT!? I was blown away. Back on the road in less than an hour. Super professional staff and since I bought the tires from a partner of theirs.... 50 something dollars for the labor. DYNO-MITE!

The team here always work as a group to make sure that my car is safe on the roads making me safe. They make sure that every tire is good to when you bring your car. If it wasn't for the hard work and team work from them who knows what could have been for me. Everytime I come to the shop they always check to see what is wrong even if it is as small as air needed in my tires. I have been a customer of Discount Tire since 2009, back in the days when I ordered my tire and wheel packages for my Jeeps online and they would ship them mounted and balanced directly to my home. It’s great that they finally brought a store closer to my hometown. Andrew and D, Alex in the past, are all very knowledgeable and professional. Customer service is outstanding as is their pricing. Give these guys a chance as they won’t disappoint. My Jeep Gladiator looks awesome with the new wheels and tires. And don’t forget, they will price match also and then will give you your military discount as well.

Excellent customer Service! I have been dealing with Discount Tire along time due to the fact they are an exceptional company to deal with.

I went to Tire Kingdome because it was closest to my house and they told me they don’t work on Tesla’s…I had a nail in my tire I needed plugged but they would not touch my car. So I got on the phone with Discount Tire and Alex answered the phone. He was pleasant, upbeat and assured me you guys were Tesla certified and could fix the tire no problem. I pulled into the store 10 minutes later and spoke with Oscar. Again he was pleasant and personable. We went out to my car to look at the nail and told me they could fix it very quickly. I had two young kids in the car and asked if we could wait in the car until it was time for the repair and he said no problem we will come get you when we are ready. Maybe 10 minutes went by before someone came out to get the car. I unloaded the kids and was getting them inside went Oscar came and opened the door for us. He continued to keep me updated throughout the tire repair and which with 2 young kids is great. When they were done they pulled the car around for us. When I went to pay Oscar said it was already taken care of and that when I need tires to come back to Discount Tire. I’m not sure if my writing established this or not but this was the best customer service I have received from any business in a very long time. I don’t really come to expect great customer service anymore but the little gestures from reassurance on the phone the holding the door open when we were coming back into the store went a long way. We will be back for our future car needs.
