I had a great experience. I went in with a budget and an idea of what I wanted. They didn’t try to sell me anything higher and actually gave me a better deal. I paid less and added wipers and a better warranty. I was definitely happy with this store

I had a great experience at Discount Tire. The place was clean and well-kept, and the staff was super friendly and professional. They got the work done quickly, and I really appreciated that I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of—which can be rare these days. Everyone there was polite and helpful, and overall, it was just a smooth and easy visit. I’d definitely go back and recommend them to others.

Cody and the tire techs were very friendly and professional. They had 4 tires installed and had me on my way in about 45 minutes. Great work guys!

Had another great experience at Discount Tire! Everyone was polite, and the service was absolutely immaculate. The store was clean and well-maintained with no issues at all. I really appreciated the help from one of the employees—his name started with a “T”—he was incredibly informative and helpful at the end of my visit. This was my second time coming here, and I’ll definitely be back when needed. Highly recommend!

Good service and I will be back

Loses a star for poor customer service. Left me waiting for 15 minutes while they made a phone call (and other guy was also on a call from before I came in and still after I left) when all they had to do is give me my keys back. That's fine, but they also went ahead and did an alignment and charged me over $90, without asking me for the permission to do it first. "Oh, they didn't call you?" they said. Other than that, still gets the other 4 stars because I've been very happy with Discount Tire and have used them for years, though this was the first time for this location. The tires and rotation etc were great and they fixed the "bad tire" message on the dash too.

I just moved here recently and will definitely be a repeat customer. The entire staff were great and the tires I purchased, Michelin Cross Climate, are fantastic!
