I recently needed to purchase new rims and tires for my vehicle and initially placed my order online. Shortly after completing the purchase, I was notified that the rims I selected were on backorder. Not knowing much about rims, sizing, or compatibility, I relied on the store for help and the expertise of the associates to guide me through the process. While I interacted with a few team members, Lucas truly stood out. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and followed up with me as promised. Lucas went above and beyond, working with me for nearly a week to find the perfect set of rims that not only fit my car perfectly but were exactly the color and design I had in mind. His patience, attention to detail, and genuine care made what could have been a frustrating experience a great one. Thanks to his dedication, I’m absolutely thrilled with how my car looks and confident that I made the right decisions on both the rims and tires. Lucas is a true asset to Discount Tire and a perfect example of outstanding customer service. I’m grateful for all his help and will definitely return to this location for future tire needs.

My tire was had low tire pressure and a small screw in it. The technician pulled the screw out and checked for leakage. Determined all the tires were low, and double checked the suspect tire. Verified no leak and added air to all tires. No charge and they spent 30 minutes on my car. Thank you. When I need tires, I know where I will be going!

If you're not taking your vehicle to Discount Tire whenever you have a tire/rim issue then you are missing out. Not only do they repair your tire FREE (if it's safe to do so) they don't try to high-pressure sell you on items. They will provide you with honest feedback about your vehicle and believe me when you meet Robert, he is very passionate about all things tires and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The shop staff is chaotic.. told one thing and does another. Finds ways to make you feel stupid and then gives you a bill. Levi is the worst at this.

They need to concentrate on the quality of the job versus trying to get the job done so quickly. After I was written up to the time my vehicle was completed was 12 minutes. In no way can a person pull my vehicle in, remove wheels, install onto balance machine, remove previous weights, perform balance, install new weights, check air pressure, install wheel back onto vehicle and hand torque wheels. Do all this times 4? No way. One of the biggest time savers they are doing is not removing the previous wheel weights. They are simply adding weights onto the previous wheel weight install. The tape on the back side of the weight is only going to hold for so long. They start coming off and then it's out of balance. The proper and professional way to balance a wheel is to remove the previous weights, as per the manufacture of the tire balance machine.

Very professional, speedy, and efficient. I was quoted a time for them to be finished and they stuck to it. I only waited an hour before everything was said and done. In addition, they drove my car around the block 3 times to ensure proper balancing of the tires. During my drive home, I felt as if the tires were much better balanced than the previous set of tires had been. From now on, I'll be bringing my car to have my Tire Rotation done at this location. The only caveat is that due to this store's high professionalism and in-depth knowledge, it got a LOT of customers in a short period of time. My car had all 4 tires placed on from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM (I ordered online 6 days in advance). During that time, there was 1 customer already waiting, then an additional 6 customers arrived for their vehicle to be serviced, and then 2 returned after having their vehicle left with them for the service. Due to this nature, I would highly recommend purchasing your items a few days in advance online prior to this visit; unless, it's an emergency visit due to a tire issue. Those that had emergency visited were quoted 1.5 to 2 hours for the repair wait time.
