Great Store !! Great Discount Tire Experience continues. I went for the normal Rotate & Balance. First time going to the Rome store for me. They are on par with the rest I have visited. I work with Shae, I believe to pick out and order my second set of wheels from Discount Tire. He is a professional. I have been a 14+ year customer. Have never had a bad experience. Yes, there have been hiccups here and there, it is to be expected, no one can be perfect all the time. Even when there have been hiccups, it has always been taken care of fast, without complaint.

There's really no tv entertainment or a coffee/tea machine available like at dealerships. I had to walk to nearby stores to pass the time. I had a steak dinner at outback.

Went in for tire rotation/balance and was in and out faster than the quoted wait time.

I ordered my tires on line and made an appointment. I arrived and was meet outside by an employee who took my name and keys. I needed to have my lug nuts replaced. They showed me why and explained what they would do and the added price. I did not have a long wait time. The store was very clean.
