New Tires and Wheel Store in Crestwood, IL 60445

My first experience with Discount Tire was with your Countryside/LaGrange Rd. I purchased 4 tires. Upon entering the store there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. after the tire installation I was missing a wheel cover and my dash displayed a message of "service tire monitor". After bringing this to the attention of the store manager, I was told that my vehicle was like that when I brought it in. I told the manager that was not true and that I needed the corporate phone number. During my research afterwards I found out that damaged tire sensors was a common complaint with this location. After speaking with corporate I advised them that was my first and last experience with Discount Tire.

This store experienced some inconsistency a couple of years back, but my three most recent visits have been excellent. Would seem that the high quality of service is being maintained.

I’ve been here a few times and I’ve always had a positive experience.

I give this store in Crestwood, IL 5 stars. The employees are great and very knowledgeable to your individual needs . My experience with Juan was awesome, he made sure that I understood the needs etc of my vehicle. I l drove off with a smile on my face. Thank Juan!

Great service

I've visited the Crestwood location twice with 2 different vehicles and each time I was greeted with a warm, friendly and professional employee. The store is always clean and inviting. The wait time and actual service time is below what I was expecting. Friendly staff, professional, clean, fast and courteous!! Great place!! I highly recommend this location!

Was greeted prior to exiting vehicle. Explained in detail work to be perform and exactly what was completed! Awesome job on tire rotation and rebalancing <26 minutes!
