John was great! Explained everything before it was done

I needed the air pressure checked for my tires and Angel made sure that all tires were at the correct pressure. He even measured the tread and showed me the results. Not only that he showed me where the wiper blades were deteriorating and recommended I get new ones. He also shared that the blades were on sale. All I had to do was drive to the front of the store. By the time I got out of the vehicle and into the store Victor, another amazing associate, was ready to ring me up for new wiper blades. Once I completed the purchase he came out to my vehicle and put three blades on. I was really surprised that he did that right there in front of the store. Discount Tire is my go to for tires and anything else they offer. The customer service is "top notch". Patronize them. You won't be disappointed. I am one happy customer !

Professional staff welcomes you to the store and provide excellent customer service. They work hard to fulfill your reason for the visit and are pretty good in giving you a good estimate of how long you could potentially wait for you to decide. Prices are very reasonable and they stand by their warranties, definitely worth ever penny, I recommend them.
