Got tires changed quickly and everyone was helpful, polite and honest. My alignment was only off by -.01° and they recommended not doing one - they did not try to have me pay for one when it was not needed.

Would definitely return! Alex at the front desk was very kind and helpful even though the line was out the door. Provided great customer service and was friendly even though you could tell the shop was buzzing and super busy. When I called to make my appointment, I was recommended a different tire with better tread life (I know nothing about tires, so this was appreciated), and it ended up saving me money! Very happy with my experience. I don't usually write reviews, but I will for this instance as everything was top notch.

Always a great experience here, from the knowledgeable employees to the professional handling of my car when they are working on them. This was my 4th vehicle i have had in for tires in the last 3 years and have always had great service, and that is what keeps me coming back!

I bought tires including certificates for refund/replacement and left about 1 hour later with them installed even though they were busy. It was all efficient and I was treated fairly.

Inadequate communication led to an issue with the online booking of vehicles. The first vehicle had tires listed as available, but upon arrival for the drop-off, I was informed that no tires were present. The second vehicle was also booked online, with the information indicating that it would not be available until November 18th. A salesman called to confirm that the vehicle could be dropped off early, yet later, the sales team claimed that the tire order was no longer available and attempted to sell me different tires. I will not return to this location. Additionally, no receipt was provided to my daughter.

Paid for tires that they didn't have when I dropped off my car for my appointment. Had to pay extra for tires since vehicle was already dropped off for random tires I didn't want. Good chance this is my first and last time here.
