Had tire rotated and balanced in less then 30 minutes. They did a great job.

Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. The specific tire that was needed was not in stock. It was ordered and was arrived AND installed the following day. Even though their online schedule was booked for the entire day, they were able to squeeze my vehicle in for the install.

Repaired my tire for free when my own dealership where I bought my tires could not even give me an appointment that same day. Scheduling was easy and there was little wait time. I will surely buy my next tires from them.

The staff seem friendly and knowledgeable, however long lines and wait times even with an appointment make it difficult to return.

Never again will I go to that store. The store manager worked on my vehicle and damaged the factory wheels on my truck then my truck sat on jack stands next to the dumpster for a month. They forgot to put screws that hold the center caps on the new wheels and damaged a second set of wheels in a row. They never put hub centerring rings on the aftermarket wheels i have a vibration at 70 mpg. Never again. Word to warning take clear pictures of your wheels before you let them touch them.

Two vehicles in two days, and both needed to be returned. TSC light on after one job because zero point calibration was not done correctly. More time back at the store. Back again for a different vehicle because my steering wheel is not dead center after an alignment. You know how hard life is when you have OCD and your steering wheel is all wonky??
