New Tires and Wheel Store in Rogers, MN 55374

Great experience! I decided what tires I wanted, scheduled an appt. on line. Only waited about 15 - 20 minutes before a technician started changing the tires. My wife shops there also and is extremely pleased with the service.

Always quick, friendly service from staff. Have used this store many times in the past. Recommend.

Walk in at 4:30pm (they close at 6pm). Greeted right away by Adam on the floor. He comes out and looks at the tire that is leaking and tells me they can probably plug it but It might not hold. Then he looks at all the tires and realizes that my tires are old and bare. (they were). We go inside and he shows me all the prices and options and we pick the best one we think. I paid and he said he would text me right when they are done. At 6:05pm they text me and Adam gives me the keys and walks me out to show me the work. Everything was perfect! I asked Adam to take a peak at my spare underneath because it wasn't dropping. Adam tried everything he could to get it down. Asked for help from others and helped customers while he was in between helping me. He is a true rockstar! In total he stayed late and went way above and beyond. I see this type of customer service at Discount Tire here and in West Saint Paul. It is great to see this and I will continue to buy new tires from Discount Tire and continue to sing their praises! Update just bought four more new tires for my other car and another fantastic experience!

The employees were very quick and kind, and got me in and out of there in less than half an hour, and answered any questions I had. Would highly recommend!

Everyone was very kind, considerate and informative. Just make an appointment... My issue of a slow leak happened to be a valve stem replacement which was replaced free. When I need tires this is where I'll return to without question.

I grew up in a family that raised automobiles in the 60s and 70s. I have been changing tires since I was five years old. Your store in Rogers is incredibly accommodating in the store works very very well together. I will absolutely buy my next set of tires at that store.

This location goes above and beyond to get customers taken care of with pleasant and helpful attitudes even though they may be super busy and not get off even near to when the store closes . Have been purchasing from this location for many years .

Best tire shop around. Hands down. I’ve owned multiple vehicles since being in the area and been to a lot of shops. This shop hands down is the most professional, reliable, and honest place I’ve been to in a long time. And that speaks for any business. Whatever is going on here needs to be noticed and in my opinion should be used as an example of how to run a business. Good job guys. I’ll be back.
