Discount Tire in St Paul is their only deeply urban location in an otherwise suburban chain. This location serves everyone from business executives to college students to immigrant families with efficiency and professionalism. This is a busy location but also has a lot of staff, so wait times are reasonable.

My wife and I both receive consistently excellent, professional service at the store. Have been a six-year repeat customer since moving to the Twin Cities.

I was blown away by my experience with Discount Tire on University in St. Paul, MN! I live in Oklahoma and had never actually heard of Discount Tire before. On a visit with my parents to visit my sister in St. Paul, my dad discovered my sister’s tires were in serious condition and she needed a new set ASAP. The Discount Tire was close to her work, so I looked online and decided to buy the tires online and make an appointment for the next day to have them installed. Another plus was the option to buy with PayPal and use 6 months no interest! When I arrived, I was immediately greeted and told what to expect. I also got a text and email to track my vehicle’s progress. During the installation it was discovered that one of the new tires had a crack. The store didn’t have any more in stock, but immediately sent someone to another location to retrieve a new in tact one. I was informed of this, and even with that slight hiccup it only added about 20-30 minutes to my wait time. I was extremely pleased with the whole experience, from online to in store! I will definitely be using Discount Tire in the future when I need new tires, as will my whole family!

This store took the time to fix a tire valve stem problem where my local store didn't. My local store in Florida failed and let me drive cross country with bad tire pressure.

I used to take my vehicle to a different location but was so disappointed in wait time and customer service so switched to this location even though it is a farther drive. I love this location and the service I receive. It’s my second time here and I will continue to support this location.

Try to go earlier in the day but super grateful they could still help me at closing time!

Discount Tire is the best! With anything do your own research and if you want quick accurate service, head over to Discount Tire! Their customer service has gotten better over the last two years. They stay consistent on timing. Better than the dealership!
